Killing the person who makes you mad, I always believe, should solve a lot of problems in theory. However, practical implementation is not without logistical nightmares, and not to mention pangs of guilt that strike at the most inopportune time. This is a difficult problem indeed. This person who got under your skin - is it anyone we know?
Actually, the solution would have been to confront the person and put him in a spot...I know that it wouldn't have looked diplomatic in the situation, but at least you wouldn't have been fretting about it and getting your pressure up until later.
I wish it was that easy :). You guys dont know the person who got to me,infact I dont know him either :) just met him in 2 meetings so far.
